The Steyr MP34 (Maschinenpistole 34, literally "Machine Pistol 34") - submachine gun, developed on the basis of an experimental German submachine gun Rheinmetall MP19 system of Louis Stange. Produced in Austria and Switzerland, it is widely offered for export. Steyr MP34 is often regarded as one of the best submachine guns from the interwar period, and wore nickname "Rolls Royce of submachine guns".
Note: This gun is also known as the Steyr-Solothurn S1-100.
