In season 1 episode 4, " Asking for Flowers", a [[Smith & Wesson 5900 pistol series|Smith & Wesson 5906]] with a rounded trigger guard (yes, they can have different trigger guards and be the same model) was used by the outraged woman, Rebecca Kessfield ([[Chandra West]]). In Season 2 episode 13, "Custody", Donald Mitchell (Alan Van Sprang) uses a Smith & Wessson 5906 to take Adam Westfall (Darrin Baker) hostage. A hostage taker in S3E11 "Terror" uses a rounded trigger guard S&W 5906 with Novak Sights. The gunman who wounds Ed Lane in the Season 4 premiere "Personal Effects" is also armed with a 5906.
The hostage taker in the first episode shoots a woman in the back with a Luger P08 and holds another woman at gunpoint with it before being shot by Ed Lane's sniper rifle. The man's son also uses a Luger in the Season 1 finale to hold Lane up before he is killed by Braddock with his Remington 700PSS.
Glock 17
Glock 17 second generations with tactical flashlights are the issued sidearms of the SRU team through the series. Other police officers are also frequently seen with Glock 17s as well.
By the second episode "Backwards Day", Season two, many of the Glocks are now 3rd generations and are outfitted with tactical flashlights.
By the third episode "Haunting The Barn", we finally see Sgt. Parker draw his Glock. We also see Ed Lane has been outfitted with one of these Glocks.
Ed Lane uses his Glock to kill Mischa the Russian hostage taker in Episode 6 "The Fortress".
Glock 26
Juliana's sidearm is a Glock 26. This gun was likely chosen because Amy Jo Johnson's hands were too small to hold the full sized Glock 17 so the subcompact model was selected.
In Season 2, Episode 2 "Clean Hands", Agent Delia Semple (Kari Matchett) shoots the foreign serial killer with her Glock 26.
Smith & Wesson 5904
In episode "First in Line" (S01E02) when a man (Henry Czerny) becomes enraged that his daughter can't get a new heart, he draws a Smith & Wesson 5904 off a hospital guard and begins a standoff. He accidentally scores a non-fatal shot on an officer after less lethal is ordered to stop him when he reveals the safety is on, and then turns it off and hits an officer's vest.
Taurus Judge .410/.45 LC
In Season 1 episode 3, a Taurus Judge is used by drug dealer Sean Keenan (Alex Poch-Goldin). He calls it the "Jury", and mentions it "Takes 5 rounds, shotgun, single bore."
It is actually a Taurus Judge firing the very slim .410 shotgun round and can also accept .45 LC rounds.
Smith & Wesson 5906
In season 1 episode 4, " Asking for Flowers", a Smith & Wesson 5906 with a rounded trigger guard (yes, they can have different trigger guards and be the same model) was used by the outraged woman, Rebecca Kessfield (Chandra West).
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is used by the bank robber in "Who's George?" (S1E5). It is also used by the suicidal veteran SRU officer in "Haunting The Barn" (S1E12).
A Beretta is seen in a Russian hostage taker's car during "The Fortress"(S1E2).
One is seen in "Clean Hands"(S2E3), used by Walter Volcek (Peter Outerbridge), the father of a victim of a serial killer to try get revenge. It should be noted that he racks the slide at least three times throughout the episode before he shoots it, and when he does it appears to fire full auto, though it might just have been full auto sound effects.
Ed was returning fire with bursts from his MP5. That's where the automatic sounds came from, if you listen close you can hear Volcek firing semi auto. --Crazycrankle 00:50, 24 October 2010 (UTC)
Smith & Wesson Model 36
Seen in Season 1, Episode 6 "Attention Shoppers" is a Smith & Wesson Model 36 owned by a female gang member, which is taken by an innocent girl that was bullied and used against them.
A Model 36 is used to hold a man hostage by Brian Bauman (Hugh Thompson) in Season 2, episode 5 "Business As Usual".
Unknown old fashion revolver
In Season 1, Episode 7, "He Knows His Brother", RJ Strachan (Tyler Hynes) uses a nickel plated Smith & Wesson Schofield Model 3 revolvers that according to the dialogue was carried by his great-grand father and his grandfather.
SIG-Sauer P226R
A Russian hostage taker is seen using a SIG-Sauer P226R in Season 2, Episode 6 "The Fortress".
SIG-Sauer P228
The leader of the female gang uses a SIG-Sauer P228 in Season 1, episode 6.
CornerShot with Glock attachment
Seen being used by Ed Lane in season 1 episode 9 "Planets Aligned" is a CornerShot, both with and without an ACOG scope (which is rather useless on a CornerShot anyway). A Glock 17 is fitted on the end.
IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII
An IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII chambered in .44 Magnum is used by Russian hostage taker Mischa in Season 2, episode 6 "The Fortress".
IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX
One of the men who takes Justin Fraser's (Ryan Kennedy) wife hostage holds a chrome plated IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX .50 AE to her head in Season 2, Episode 10 "Remote Control".
Beretta 84BB
Michael McKewon uses a Beretta 84BB "Cheetah" during the bank robbery in Season 2, Episode 10 "Remote Control". It is later taken by Justin Fraser (Ryan Kennedy). In Season 3, episode 2, the kidnapper had also had a Beretta Mdl. 84BB. They even ID the caliber as .380 ACP.
Colt M1991A1 Officers ACP
One of the hostage takers in Season 2, Episode 10 "Remote Control" is seen using a Colt Officers ACP fitted with night sights.

Beretta 92 Inox
A Beretta 92FS Inox is used by a man who is trying to protect his brother from a gang in season 2 episode 13, "Exit Wounds". One of arms dealer Mark Watson's henchmen in season 3 episode 14, "The Other Lane" fires a 92FS Inox at the SRU team as they enter his house. Corporate robber Jamie Dee (Brent Dier) also uses an Inox during season 4 episode 3, "Run Jamie Run".
]
Unknown
While talking to Watson, Roy Lane inspects a revolver in season 3 episode 14, "The Other Lane".
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Sgt. Gregory Parker regularly has two or more officers armed with H&K MP5A3s with tri-rails, Navy trigger groups, and forward grips at his side. For some reason SRU officers feel the need to grab the magazine even though they have perfectly good vertical foregrips (Actually I checked its only the one actor who does that, everyone else uses the foregrip). They also rarely feel the need to rest stock against shoulder, as they are often seen holding the stock a good 6 inches away from their body.
Notabley used by Ed Lane and SRU in Episode 4.
Ed Lane is seen using one in Season 2, Episode 6 "The Fortress" with a Navy Trigger group, although switches to his Glock so he can carry a riot shield.
Jules and Braddock use MP5A3s during Season 2, Episode 11 "Perfect Storm".
For whatever reason Ed gradually stops using an MP5A3 over season 3 in favor of his Glock. Notably in one episode his foregrip disappeared in the middle of the episode only to reappear seconds later.
A Heckler & Koch UMP is also seen on a gun rack in the police station. A member of SRU Team 4 is also briefly seen with a UMP in season 3 episode 12, "Follow the Leader."
IMI Micro Uzi
A Micro Uzi is accidentally fired by arms dealer Nick Watson's henchman in season 3 episode 14, "The Other Lane". Both Watson and Roy Lane later use the same weapon for the remainder of the episode, only used by Watson to shoot Lane in a concealed bulletproof vest at point-blank range while surrounded by the SRU. A Micro-Uzi is also used by Tyler Hewitt (Daniel Fathers) during a kidnapping in season 4 episode 4, "Through a Glass Darkly".
IMI Uzi
Another of Watson's henchmen uses a full-sized Uzi in "The Other Lane".
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Watson holds a Heckler & Koch MP5K in one hand when he is in a standoff with the SRU.
PM-98
Watson also holds a Polish-designed PM-98 in his other hand during the same scene.
Shotguns
Remington 870
Seen in episode 9, season 1 to use as a door breaching weapon is a Remington 870 police magnum.
Seen in episode 4, season 2 in the station's armory.
During Season 3, episode 3, the SRU used shotguns with rubber bullets. Some of them look like Remington 870s.
- Looking at the muzzle they look kind of like TOZ-194s perhaps?
TASER X12
During Season 4, episode 15, the SRU tries to save Parker, who is being suspended by a rope attached to a pulley, being held by a former cop.
Rifles
Remington 700PSS
Snipers Ed Lane (Hugh Dillon), Juliana Callaghan (Amy Jo Johnson), Kevin Wordsworth (Michael Cram) and Sam Braddock (David Paetkau) use Remington 700PSS rifles chambered in .308 caliber (Despite their stock slung ammo being .300 Win Mag).
M4A1
Several officers use M4A1 carbine assault rifles as standard-issue weapons. Juliana uses one in the second episode to watch over a father with a gun in the hospital. It is fitted with a red-dot sight but when she looks through it, it incorrectly has a sniper reticule instead. By episode seven, just about all the main officers have used M4A1s. The props weapons used are not the similar Canadian-made Diemaco C8 carbine, which would be more appropriate for a Canadian SWAT team to use, since Diemaco (now Colt Canada) does not sell its weapons to civilian companies (including the armorers who worked on the show). Sam also uses a M4A1 in the Season 3 episode "The Other Lane".
Colt Commando
Several Colt Commando rifles with large muzzle breaks are seen in the police station armory in Episode 4, Season 2.
Heckler & Koch G3
In season 2, episode 4, the son of the shooter in the first episode uses a Heckler & Koch G3 rifle (specific make unknown [i would say it´s a G3 SG1 because of the Bipod]) to snipe people from city hall. Braddock can identify this rifle by simply looking at the shell casing, because the "HK G3" and other CETME variants leave stripes on the shell casings, a feature caused by the fluted chamber.
Also at the range the sniper seem to have picked would have made his scope a very bad choice, despite the zoom in the scene isn't where he is supposed to be, it's too close for the sight to see his target that clearly. He was on the roof of city hall.
Ruger 10/22
A Ruger 10/22 rifle is used by a suspect as a distraction in season 3, episode 9 "Behind the Blue Line".
AK-47
Members of a white supremacist group in season 3, episode 12 "Follow the Leader" fire AK-47 rifles (distinguished by their open sights, angular wooden stocks and smooth receivers) at the SRU officers during a raid on their hideout. A drug dealer's henchman in "The Better Man" (Season 4, Episode 5) also uses an AK-47 to pin down police during a raid.
SIG SG-552
One of arms dealer Nick Watson's henchmen in the season 3 episode "The Other Lane" carries a SIG SG 552 with a foregrip.
FN FAL
Another of Watson's guards at the docks is armed with a short-barreled FN FAL with a RIS handguard and an Elcan sight. Since it is never fired, it is possible that the weapon is the airsoft version made by King Arms.
Barrett M82A1
A Barrett M82A1 is used by Ed Lane to disable a truck in Season 5 Episode 4 "Eyes In"
Other
Deftech/Federal Labs Revolving Launcher
The 6 shot 40mm Deftech rotarary grenade launcher for Law enforcement first seen in season 1 episode 4 is used by Sam Braddock (David Paetkau), but is not fired.
Federal M201-Z Grenade Launcher
The Federal M201-Z Grenade Launcher is used in Season 1, Episode 7 by Juliana. It is also seen used by Sam Braddock in "Eagle Two", Season 2, Episode 1. It is again used by Mike 'Spike' Scarlatti (Sergio Di Zio) in Season 2, Episode 2, "Backwards Day", but it was not fired.
M67 hand grenade
In Season 2, Episode 7 "Clean Hands" Walter Volcek (Peter Outerbridge) holds a primed M67 hand grenade to keep Sam Braddock as a hostage. He is eventually subdued when a foam gun is used to keep the grenade in his hands and not go off.
