William Fain keeps an M1911A1 as his personal sidearm, as does George Armstrong Montgomery (Stacy Keach).
Ruger P89
Tom Jeffries (Jeff Kober) is armed with a Ruger P89 when the ATF attack William Fain's compound.
SIG-Sauer P228
A militia member uses a suppressed SIG-Sauer P228 to kill the MP before he goes to steal the anthrax.
Beretta 92FS-C Compact
A Beretta 92FS-C is used by one of the militia members to steal the Anthrax.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
Doug Stevens (Billy Rieck ) pulls out his Smith & Wesson Model 686 when he hears a gunshot outside of the bar.
Ruger P94
Tom Jeffries pulls a suppressed Ruger P94 on Agent Ethan Carter when he remembers that he was an ATF agent.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Tom Jeffries keeps a Smith & Wesson 5906 as his backup gun, it is taken by Agent Ethan Carter (Dean Cain).

In a continuity error, ATF Agent Ethan Carter's Smith & Wesson 5906 changes to a Smith & Wesson 4506-1 when he gets to Montgomery's compound.

Cobray M11/9
Most of Montgomery's men are armed with Cobray M11/9s; one is commandeered by ATF Agent Carter.
Heckler & Koch HK94A2/A3 (chopped and converted)
The SWAT teams that assault Cyberdyne are mainly armed with Heckler & Koch HK94s with the 16" barrels chopped down and converted to full auto to resemble MP5A3s and MP5A2s. These were all seen in scenes taken from stock footage of Terminator 2.

One of Fain's men uses a Winchester 1300 shotgun when the compound is attacked.
Remington 870
A Policeman outside the Cyberdyne building is seen with a Remington 870 shotgun.

ATF Agent Ethan Carter (Dean Cain) uses a Heckler & Koch SR9T during the attack on William Fain's compound in the beginning of the film.

ATF Agents fire on militia men with M60D Machineguns.
Carl Gustav M2
William Fain uses a Carl Gustav M2 launcher to destroy an ATF helicopter. Not the typical use for this weapon since it is an unguided anti-tank weapon.
