.44 Magnum Revolver
Travis Bickle (Robert De Niro) purchases four guns from the illegal arms dealer he meets, the first of which is a .44 Magnum Revolver. He is turned on to this gun by a passenger of his who claims he is going to kill his cheating wife with a .44 Magnum Revolver. The .44 features prominently in the film and is used later by Travis to shoot both the fat man and the pimp in the flop house.
.38 Revolver
The second pistol Travis picks out is a nickel plated snub nosed .38 Revolver. Travis later uses the little .38 to shoot the Iris' pimp outside the flop house.
Colt 25
The third pistol Travis Bickle picks out is a Colt 25. He memorably attaches the Colt 25 to a drawer slide and mounts it on his forearm. Travis later uses his Colt 25 to kill the boss in the flop house.
Walther PPK
The last pistol Travis Bickle picks out is a Walther PPK in .380. He later uses the Walther PPK to shoot and kill a liquor store robber.
