Midnight Man (also entitled as Blood for Blood) is a 1995 action movie directed by John Weidner and starring Lorenzo Lamas as LAPD Det. John Kang, a martial art expert of Cambodian descent. When a ninja-style assassin starts a hunt for police detectives who became a threat for Cambodian mafia, Kang has to remember all that he was taught and counter the assassin.
The following weapons were used in the film Midnight Man:
John Kang's (Lorenzo Lamas) service sidearm is a Beretta 92FS Inox pistol. In one scene John's pistol is briefly hold by his wife Lilly (Diane DiLascio). In the opening scene one of Cambodian mobsters, disguised as a police officer, uses a Beretta Inox.
In one scene Prince Samarki (James Lew) takes a pistol from a murdered police officer and uses it to kill another officer. This pistol appears to be compact Smith & Wesson model with fixed sights, but it's hard to identify the exact model as it's unclear if the pistol is blued or stainless.
Submachine Guns
MAC-10
MAC-10 SMGs are used by Cambodian and Russian mobsters.
Kimel AP-9
In the final scene Prince Samarki (James Lew) appears with a Kimel AP-9 SMG in hand but throws it away in favor of cold arms.
Heckler & Koch SP89
Several Russian mobsters are seen with Heckler & Koch SP89s, converted to full auto.
During the climactic shootout Russian mobster Ilya (Michael Watson) uses an M16A1 with Cobray CM203 37mm Launcher. When he is shot, John Kang (Lorenzo Lamas) takes his rifle and fires a grenade from a loaded M203. He doesn't use the rifle itself, preferring his own Heckler & Koch SR9.
DefTech 37mm launcher
During the shootout with police a Cambodian thug is armed with a DefTech 37mm launcher.
