Garcea and the southerns is a 2001 Romainian comedy directed by Sam Irvin.The action takes place when a magic stone is found in the south of Romania.Italy,Japan,South Africa,Germany,Russia and USA are all interested in the stone so they all send agents in Sadova(the place where the stone was found).But they all have a problems when citizens of Sadova hide the stone (so they could steal the strangers' money) and when a dumb cop,Garcea comes across them.
