In "Don't Discuss Your Life Before" (S01E02) Sheriff Arnold Pope (Terrence Howard) is seen holding, what appears to be, a Mossberg 500 on Secret Service Agent Ethan Burke (Matt Dillon) on 2 separate occasions. Ethan Burke is seen taking this shotgun from the gun rack in the Sheriffs station in "One of Our Senior Realtors Has Chosen to Retire" (S01E04), which he is then seen using during the opening of "The Truth" (S01E05) to defend himself from an 'Abbie'.
