The Wolf Warrior is a 2015 Chinese made war movie. Jing Wu is director and the protagonist of the film, and stars Nan Yu, Ni Dahong and Scott Adkins. This film tells a story of the battle between the special forces operators of Chinese PLA and well-trained foreign mercenaries that hired by a Southeat Asian terrorists group. This movie is the first Chinese film that featured foreign forces and many actors in this film are Chinese special forces operators in active duty.
The following weapons were used in the film Wolf Warrior:
Handguns
SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 is seen used by Tomcat (Scott Adkins) and his squad members as their standard handgun.
Norinco QSZ-92
The Norinco QSZ-92 pistols chambered in 9mm is seen as the standard service pistol of PLA.
Assault Rifles
Norinco QBZ-95
As the standard service rifle of People's Liberation Army, the Norinco QBZ-95 assault rifle can be found in almost every scenes of this film. The Type 95 rifle is used by Chinese police officers, PLA soldiers and PLA special forces operatives. Some type 95 rifles are modified, RIS system, foregrips, flashlights and lasers are mounted on the rifles. The rumored "QBZ-95-2" variant with a Famas-style carry handle also appeared in the film.
Norinco Type-56 "SMG" Rifle
The Chinese Type-56 AK-47 rifles were used by the militia troops of Minh Deng(Ni Dahong), the leader of a Southeast terrorist group. Most spike "pigsticker" bayonets of the rifles were removed. A type-56 with a expanded bayonet used by Leng Feng(Jing Wu) can be seen in the end of the movie.
Norinco Type-56-1
The Norinco Type-56-1 is the Type-56 with an AKS style foldable buttstock. Original Type-56-1 appeared in a flashback of Sino-Vietnam War. Some Type-56-1 rifles with rail interface systems, foregrips and optical sights were used by foreign mercenaries. This modified Type-56-1 is called "Type-56-1 Tactical Modification" among PLA.
M14 Battle Rifle
A scoped M14 rifle is used by the sniper(Samuel Thivierge) of the mercenaries. It was a Norinco manufactured M14.
Norinco CQ Assault Rifle
A modified Norinco CQ Norinco Model 311 assault rifle is used by Tomcat(Scott Adkins). This CQ rifle was mocked up to resemble a Colt M16A4, with a M16A4 MWS-style handruard and rail system. A foregrip and an AN/PEQ-2 IR designator are mounted on it. A optical sight was mounted above the carry handle because of CQ is the copy of M16A1, the carry handle can't be removed.
Norinco CQ-A Carbine
The CQ-A carbines are copies of M4/M4A1 carbines manufactured by Norinco(of course, without the licence from Colt). In this film CQ-As are used by foreign mercenaries. One of the CQ-A carbines uses a 10.5 inch or 11.5 inch barrel.
Norinco Type 97
A Norinco Type 97(QBZ-97) appeared on the poster of this film with a rumored "type 97-2" style carry handle.
Sniper Rifles
Norinco NDM-86
The Norinco NDM-86 sniper rifle(designated "Type-79/85" in Chinese armed forces) can be seen in the flashback of Sino-Vietnamese War, used by a Vitenamese sniper.
Norinco QBU-88
A heavily modified Norinco QBU-88 was used by Leng Feng(Jing Wu) at the beginning of this movie. A sound supressor, a flat-top rail system and a Swarovski scope are mounted on it.
Barrett M95
A Barrett M95 .50 cal long range sniper rifle was used by the sniper(Samuel Thivierge) of the mercenaries during the rescuing of Minh Deng(Ni Dahong). The Barrett M95 in this film is probably a non firing replica.
LSWs & GPMGs
Norinco QBB-95 LSW
The Norinco QBB-95 light support weapons are used by PLA soldiers and PLA special operation forces in this film, equipped with 75-round drum mags. Norinco QBB-95
MK.43 Mod 0
US Ordnance M60E4
A mercenary called "Crazy Bull"(Kevin Lee) was equipped with an M60E4 GPMG in this film. It might be a non firing replica.
