Nemesis is the 1992 science fiction film directed by Albert Pyun and starring Olivier Gruner. Pyun would return to direct three sequels including Nemesis 2.
The following weapons were used in the film Nemesis (1992):
Handguns
Beretta 92FS (Customized)
A customized Beretta 92FS is held by by Alex (Olivier Gruner). This pistol is fitted with a custom compensator and adjustable sights along with a laser sight. He is seen dual-wielding the pistols at the film's beginning.
Desert Eagle MK I (stainless)
The stainless Desert Eagle MK I is seen in the hands of both Angie-Liv (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) and Alex (Olivier Gruner).
Desert Eagle MK I
A Desert Eagle MK I also is seen used in the film.
SIG-Sauer P225
An elderly woman pulls out what appears to be a SIG-Sauer P225 pistol to take out of Farnsworth's men.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3 (Customized)
Several of members of the police including Farnsworth (Tim Thomerson) are armed with a strange-looking Heckler & Koch MP5 variant that has a distinctive square-shaped flash hider fitted on the end of the barrel, an MP5SD-type hand guard, and a stockless buttcap. This custom MP5 was originally built by Cinema Weaponry for the film and would subsequently be reused in the films Executive Decision and Demolition Man.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K is used by rebels during the opening shootout. The weapon is also used by Alex.
Shotguns
Franchi SPAS-12
The Franchi SPAS-12 is used by Alex (Olivier Gruner). The shotgun is seen fitted with various futuristic attachments.
Benelli M3T Super 90
The Benelli M3T Super 90 is seen used throughout the film, notably by Rosaria (Jennifer Gatti) and Farnsworth (Tim Thomerson).
Machine Guns
M60D
One of Farnsworth's men is seen armed with what appears to be an M60D fitted on a Steadicam harness. This particular configuration was likely inspired by the M56 Smart Gun used in the film Aliens.
Browning M2 Heavy Barrel
Another of Farnworth's men is armed with a Browning M2HB. The M2 is intended to be fired from a mount of some form. In this film the M2 is fitted with a sling and fired from the hip. Nemesis is possibly the first film to show this being done.
