With Fire and Sword (original title is Ogniem i mieczem) is the 1999 war epic four-part made-for-TV movie, directed by Jerzy Hoffman and based on the novel of famous Polish writer Henryk Sienkiewicz. This film is the thirds of the trilogy, which also include Colonel Wolodyjowski (1969) and The Deluge (Potop) (1974).
The following weapons were used in the film With Fire and Sword (Ogniem i mieczem):
Wheellock Pistol
Many various characters uses the Wheellock Pistols. This pistols was used by Jan Skrzetuski (Michal Zebrowski) and othe Polish soldiers (include Jerzy Michał Wołodyjowski (Zbigniew Zamachowski), Longinus Podbipięta (Wiktor Zborowski), Jan Onufry Zagłoba (Krzysztof Kowalewski), Rzędzian (Wojciech Malajkat). Helena Kurcewiczówna (Izabella Scorupco) also fires this pistol at the one sciene. Bohdan Zenobi Chmielnicki (Bogdan Stupka) and many of his cossacks (include Barabasz (Dariusz Gnatowski) also can be seen armed with Wheellock Pistols
Wheellock Musket
Several ukrainian cossacks can be seen armed with the Wheellock Musket.
Matchlock Musket
Polish soldiers, as well as Ukrainian cossacks uses the Matchlock Muskets many times.
Jezail musket
Czeremis (Andrzej Pieczynski) owns the Jezail musket.
Mosin Nagant Rifle
Heavy anachronistic Mosin Nagant Rifles is the weapons of polish soldiers at 0:58 of third part of the film. Maybe, Polish filmmakers didn't have so much antique firearms.
Cannon
Smoothbore muzzleload cannons is the very common usebly heavy firearm, that was used by cossacks and Polish soldiers.
