Daredevil (2015) is a web television series that is based on the Marvel superhero of the same name, created by Stan Lee and Bill Everett, it is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe although it is not directly linked to the any of the current MCU, past vague references to previous events. It chronicles the dual identities of Matt Murdock, lawyer by day and vigilante crime fighter, Daredevil, by night, as he fights a one man war to clean up Hells Kitchen.

Turk Barrett (Rob Morgan) in the opening episode, is seen pulling what looks like a Smith & Wesson 5946 against Murdock to no avail.
