It's funny but I remember years ago reading up on this operation. In one section the author, who was a legionnaire, discussed how he and his unit met up with a bunch of other troopers who had somehow managed to ditch their MAS-49/56s in favor of M-16s and the author's unit all wanted to know how they did it so they could do it as well. --Charon68 (talk) 20:11, 6 April 2015 (EDT)
