Shaft (2000) starring Samuel L. Jackson as the titular character was a remake of the original Shaft (1971) which starred Richard Roundtree,who reprises his character in a cameo appearence.
The following weapons were used in the film Shaft:
Glock 19
Before being fired from the NYPD, Detective John shaft (Samuel L. Jackson) uses a Glock 19 as his duty handgun.
Kahr K9
For the rest of the movie, shaft carries his backup gun, a stainless steel Kahr K9.
Desert Eagle
Big man Leon (Stu Riley) uses silver chrome Desert Eagle to scare away one of Peoples' thugs.
Uzi
A couple of People's thugs are carrying Uzi. He seems to be carrying it as well during the final shootout.
Unknown pocket pistol

Used by victim's mother(Lynne Thigpen) to shoot Wade before the trial.
