In "Silence" (S2E14), Ryan is armed with his S&W M&Pc when he enters in the church. Ryan is seen using the M&Pc in Season 2's finale "Forgive" (S2E15).

In "Unmasked" (S2E09), Micah (Jake Weber) is seen pulling an Beretta 92FS while talking to his wife. Later, Julia (Jacinda Barrett) takes the Beretta and tries to shoot Micah, but the gun is empty. A hitman hired by Lily Gray carries a Beretta 92FS during "Freedom" (S2E11). Robert (Shane McRae) briefly holds a Beretta in "Betrayal" (S2E12). In "Silence" (S2E14), Tilda (Mackenzie Marsh) is seen holding a Beretta 92FS when the Joe´s group enters in the church.
Bersa BP9CC
In "Silence" a Korban member, Karyn, is briefly seen with a Bersa BP9CC when the police arrive at the church. Later, Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) grabs the pistol and uses it to threaten Mike Weston. In "Forgive", Joe is briefly armed with the Bersa to enters in the Gray's Mansion.
Glock 19
FBI Special Agent Gina Mendez (Valerie Cruz) carries Glock 19 as her sidearm in Season 2. In "Unmasked" (S2E09), Jana Murphy (Leslie Bibb) takes the Gina's Glock and uses it when Ryan and Mike enter in her house. Several Korban members are armed with Glock 19's when they attack the church in "Silence". In the same episode, Claire Matthews (Natalie Zea) pulls a Glock 19 during the meeting with Emma. Emma Hill (Valorie Curry) also uses the Glock.

FBI Special Agent Mike Weston (Shawn Ashmore) carries a Glock 17 as his chief sidearm throughout Season 2. In a continuity error, the SIG-Sauer P239 used by NYPD Detective Max Hardy (Jessica Stroup) changes to a Glock 17 in "Fly Away" (S2E06). Mark (Sam Underwood) is seen firing the Mike's Glock at Max in "Forgive" (S2E15).

During "Fly Away"" (S2E06), Mark (Sam Underwood) is seen pulling a Jericho 941 during the meeting with Max Hardy.

In "Family Affair" (S2E04), Luke (Sam Underwood) briefly uses a Jericho 941 RPSL Semi-Compact. Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) is armed with a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series in "Resurrection" (S2E01). Ryan is seen carrying the Smith & Wesson when he enters in the Carlos' house. The Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series is used by Ryan to shoot at Luke near the end of "For Joe" (S2E01)
In "Unmasked", a NYPD officer carries a Smith & Wesson 5946 after the massacre in the library.

In "Trust Me" (S2E03), Judy (Carrie Preston) takes a SIG-Sauer P232 and tries to shoot Joe Carroll with it, but she discovers that Joe has emptied the gun. In "Reflection" (S2E05), Jamel briefly uses a SIG-Sauer P232 to shoot Ryan while he tries to escape.
SIG-Sauer P239
NYPD Detective Max Hardy (Jessica Stroup) uses a SIG-Sauer P239 as her main sidearm throughout Season 2. In "Reflection" (S2E05), Max briefly uses the SIG-Sauer to threaten Ryan Hardy. In "Fly Away" (S2E06), Max Hardy is seen carying her SIG-Sauer P239 while in a confrontation with Mark. In "Forgive", Max is armed with her SIG-Sauer to rescue Ryan and Joe.
