Glock 22

This weapon is standard issue to most of the officers and detectives in the Baltimore Police Department, just like in real life.

Colt Detective Special

A nickel Colt Detective Special is the standard sidearm of Lt. Giardello and Sgt. Howard. The black version is used as the backup weapon for all the detectives, as shown in the episode "Fallen Heroes".
