It seems to me that the Remington 1875 looks more like a visually modified Single Action Army. Such fake Remingtons are often seen in westerns. Though I'm not sure and it would be better if someone who has more knowledge in such guns would confirm or decline this guess. Greg-Z (talk) 06:21, 25 January 2015 (EST) It is quite possible! Here's a close-up on the barrel end.--Pandolfini (talk) 06:55, 25 January 2015 (EST)
Greg, can you identify this gun, pls?

- I think that this is a Merwin Hulbert Model Revolver. Also, I think that the S&W Model 3 is actually a Smith & Wesson .44 Double Action (note the square back to the trigger guard as well as the frame being slightly more compact at the back) and the Griswold & Gunnison 1860 just looks like a regular Colt 1851 Navy (normal octagonal barrel profile over whole length and steel frame) to me. --commando552 (talk) 17:57, 7 February 2016 (EST)
