The following guns were used in the History Channel Series Lock 'n Load With R. Lee Ermey (2009):

Machine Gun

M60 Machine Gun

  • In Episode 1: Machine Gun Educations, the show opens with Gunny firing an M60 machine gun, nicknamed "The Pig". Gunny later speculates on it and inevitably test fires it, firing a solid 100-round burst on one target, with pretty good accuracy. He finds five-round bursts to work much better on another target. We also see troops in Vietnam using them.

To disprove nay-sayers, Gunny fires the gun from the hip by himself to show the 47-lb weapon can be singularly manned.
  • In Episode 7: MG2 he fires this weapon again and compares it to the M1919.
