The Equalizer is the 2014 feature film adaptation of the 1980's television series of the same name. The film stars Denzel Washington as Robert McCall, a former US covert operative living under an assumed identity in Boston who decides to take on the Russian mob when a young woman he met is found brutalized. The film was directed by Antoine Fuqua, who previously collarborated with Washington on Training Day.
The following weapons were used in the film The Equalizer:
Handguns
Glock 17
A suppressed Glock 17 is seen in the hands of a Russian mobster. A Glock is also seen in the hands of Detectives Gilly (Timothy John Smith) and Harris (Robert Wahlberg) . Several Glocks are also seen in an arsenal that Robert McCall (Denzel Washington) keeps in a closet.
Glock 19
Corrupt Boston P.D detective Frank Masters (David Harbour) and his associates Pederson (James Wilcox) and Remar (Mike O'Dea) use Glock 19 pistols as their duty sidearms. One of Teddy's men also uses a Glock 19 during the showdown at the Home Mart before McCall seizes it and gives it to Ralphie (Johnny Skourtis).
Colt Detective Special
Masters uses a 3rd-generation Colt Detective Special while off-duty.
Springfield Armory XD
Andri (Vitaliy Shtabnoy) pulls a Springfield XD on McCall, who later takes it from him. Before he disarms Andri, McCall asks if the pistol was a "Heckler & Koch".
Beretta 92FS
