Pistols
SIG-Sauer P229
A SIG-Sauer P229R is the sidearm carried by Sergeant Henry "Hank" Voight (Jason Beghe). Sometimes it changes into a two-tone P229R.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is the sidearm carried by the majority of the detectives in the Special Intelligence Unit of the Chicago PD including Antonio Dawson (Jon Seda), Detective Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer), and Alvin Olinsky (Elias Koteas). The Glock is also carried by the majority of the patrol officers on the show, including Officer Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) and Officer Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati).
Glock 19
Detective Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush) carries a Glock 19 as her sidearm.
Springfield Armory 1911 Lightweight Operator
The Springfield Armory 1911 Lightweight Operator appears to be the pistol Voight takes off a suspect and uses it to threaten him in "Thirty Balloons" (S1E05).

M4A1-type rifles are used by all the Detectives on raids, usually used by Detective Alvin Olinsky (Elias Koteas) and Detective Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer). Some of these have barrels different from the typical M4.

A Heckler & Koch G36C is seen being used to shoot at Officer Ruzek and the other detectives in S01E15.
Nemesis Arms Vanquish
What appears to be a Nemesis Arms Vanquish is used by one of Munoz's assassins in (S1E13).
