The following weapons were seen in The Matrix Revolutions used by the following actors:
Beretta M92FS Brigadier
One of the guards at the parking garage entrance to the Merovingian's (Lambert Wilson) Club packs a two tone Beretta M92FS Brigadier. He attempts to kill the protagonists with it when they demand entrance, only for Trinity to end up killing him with his own weapon. An Inox Brigadier is the weapon used by Trinity to threaten the Merovingian for Neo's Life.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) uses a pair of Heckler & Koch MP5K's with the front handgrips removed exposing the barrels therefore making them more like 'machine pistols', as well as being fitted with M68 Aimpoint scopes.
Heckler & Koch UMP9
One of the Merovingian's henchmen uses a 9mm variant of the Heckler & Koch UMP (note the curved magazine).
Browning BDM
Seraph's (Collin Chou) weapon of choice is the Browning BDM, he can usually be seen wielding a pair of Browning BDM pistols.
Heckler and Koch P9S
During the standoff at the the Merovingian's (Lambert Wilson) Club, Morpheus can be seen with a Heckler & Koch P9S.
Scorpion SA Vz 61
During the standoff at the the Merovingian's (Lambert Wilson) Club, a Skorpion SA Vz 61 can be seen aimed at Trinity's (Carrie-Anne Moss) head.
Colt Detective Special
During the standoff at the the Merovingian's (Lambert Wilson) Club, The TrainMan (Bruce Spence) can be seen armed with an early-generation Colt Detective Special which he points at Seraph's (Collin Chou) head. He also fires it at the protagonists as they're chasing him through the subway station earlier in the film.
