Colt Detective Special
Nick (Christopher Walken) can be seen using a Colt Detective Special while playing Russian Roulette with Michael (Robert DeNiro) in the nightclub.
Smith & Wesson M1917
The VietCong soldiers order the US soldiers to play Russian Roulette with an Smith & Wesson M1917 revolver. Michael (Robert DeNiro) most notabley uses it when he asks the Vietnamese soldiers to load two bullets instead of one, which he uses to kill two soldiers to steal their weapons.

Unknown Shotgun
A Shotgun is seen on the rifle rack in Michael's house.
Winchester Model 70
Winchester Model 70s are used by the members of the hunting party. Michael (Robert DeNiro) notabley carries a left-handed version which he uses to kill a deer.
M16A1
M16A1 rifles are carries by Nick (Christopher Walken) and Steven (John Savage) while serving in Vietnam. Michael (Robert DeNiro) notabley uses one to shoot a Vietnamese soldier after hitting him with a flamethrower.
Norinco Type 56
Norinco Type 56 rifles are used by the Vietcong. Michael (Robert DeNiro) takes one from them during the Russian Roulette scene and uses it to dispatch them all.
AK-47
We also see VietCong with older style Type III AK-47s.
M2 Flamethrower?
Used by Robert DeNiro.
Unknown Grenade
Used by a VietCong to blow up a hole full of people before Michael kills him. It's some sort of stick grenade.
