The following firearms can be seen in the film The Public Enemy:
Colt Police Positive
"Putty Nose" McGonagall (Murray Kinnell) surprises Tom Powers (James Cagney) and Matt Doyle (Edward Woods) with a pair of Colt Police Positive revolvers during the 1915 sequence when he sends them to rob the fur warehouse. The policeman that chases them also carries a Police Positive.
Vickers machine gun
The hitmen hired by Schemer Burns to take out Tom and Matt use two Vickers machine guns.
Colt Official Police
Tom Powers (James Cagney) swindles a gun shop clerk into giving him two Colt Official Police revolvers, which the clerk tells him are ".38 caliber." Although Tom appears to him to have no gun knowledge at all, the clerk is not visibly surprised by the four .38 bullets that Tom was carries and loads into the guns.
