Essentially, if a character is associated with The Company there's a good chance they'll be packing a Strayer Voigt Infinity 1911.

Jessica (Nikki Sanders' alter ego) (Ali Larter) fires a H&K P2000SK in several episodes.
Beretta 92FS
In several episodes, Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) can be seen carrying an LAPD issue Beretta 92FS which he uses in the episode One Giant Leap to save FBI Agent Audrey Hanson (Clea DuVall) by firing a few shots at Sylar (Zachary Quinto) when he has her gun turned on her, to which the villian gets back up seemingly unharmed.
Glock 19
