I thought that the submarine crew had too many small arms in the film, that they should only have a rifle or two. I was surprised to find out that the film is quite accurate and that a type IX U-boat carried 7 Mauser rifles and three MP40's! I thought that the submarine crew had too many small arms in the film, that they should only have a rifle or two.
