The following weapons were used in the film Mobsters:
Handguns
Colt Detective Special
During the attack on Faranzano's office, Meyer Lansky (Patrick Dempsey) draws a Colt Detective Special.
Colt New Service
Vincent "Mad Dog" Coll (Nicholas Sadler) keeps a long-barreled Colt New Service as his sidearm of choice, using it for many hits and shootouts.
Colt Police Positive
After Coll infiltrates his apartment, Charlie "Lucky" Luciano (Christian Slater) grabs a Colt Police Positive from a breadbox in his kitchen.
Luger P08
Faranzano's second-in-command Rocco (Robert Z'Dar) keeps a Luger P08 in his shoulder holster.
M1911
Charlie "Lucky" Luciano (Christian Slater) draws and fires a M1911 during several gunfights with Mad Dog Coll. Several other mobsters can be seen with M1911s.
Smith & Wesson Military & Police
Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel (Richard Grieco) can be seen on several occasions a nickel plated Smith & Wesson M&P.
Single-barreled derringer
Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel (Richard Grieco) gives Gaetano "Tommy" Reina (Chris Penn) a derringer that he claimed belonged to Mussolini.
Submachine Guns
Thompson M1921
The most commonly seen gun in the film, nearly every character can be seen firing a Thompson M1921 during the film. Vincent "Mad Dog" Coll (Nicholas Sadler) uses them akimbo during his first attempted hit on Luciano. Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel (Richard Grieco) uses one to scare away hijackers (all of whom are also carrying Thompsons) and the hitman hired by Luciano to shoot at Masseria fires a Thompson. "Lucky" Luciano (Christian Slater) himself uses one during the final scene in Faranzano's office.
Shotguns
Remington 870
Although anachronistic for the setting (April 1931), Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel (Richard Grieco) and Costello (Costas Mandylor) use Remington 870 shotguns during the confrontation with Joe Masseria (Anthony Quinn).
Winchester Model 1897
Frank Costello (Costas Mandylor) uses a Winchester Model 1897 towards the end of the film.
Rossi Overland Sawed Off Shotgun
Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel (Richard Grieco) uses a Rossi Overland Sawed Off Shotgun during the raid on Faranzano's office. Shotgun was supplied by Ellis Mercantile and the Armorer was the late Branko Wohlfahrt.
Other
Remington Mark III Flare Pistol
Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel (Richard Grieco) uses a Remington Mark III Flare Pistol to signal for Luciano's men to surround the truck hijackers.
