Deputy US Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) and other US Marshals in the series carry the full size Glock 17 as their sidearms, including Chief Deputy Art Mullen (Nick Searcy) and Tim Gutterson (Jacob Pitts). In Season 5's premiere "A Murder of Crowes" (S5E01), Deputy Marshal Gregg Sutter (David Koechner) is seen pulling his Glock 17 along with Raylan.
The Glock 26 appears in the series mainly as the sidearm carried by Deputy Marshal Rachel Brooks (Erica Tazel). The Glock 26 also appears to be held by Jimmy (Jesse Luken) in Season 5's premiere "A Murder of Crowes" (S5E01).
The Beretta 92FS continues to be the handgun carried by Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins). In Season 5's premiere "A Murder of Crowes" (S5E01), Elvis Manuel Machado (Amaury Nolasco) pulls the Beretta.
In "Whistle Past the Graveyard" (S5E08), a Mexican federale pulls what appears to be a Beretta pistol on Boyd and the men. Upon closer inspection, the pistol appears to be a Beretta M9 CQB Brigadier, an airsoft Beretta M9A1 fitted with a "brigadier" slide. This combination does not exist in real life, only as an Airsoft replica.
Picker (John Kapelos) appears to carry a Beretta Cougar as his sidearm in Season 5's premiere "A Murder of Crowes" (S5E01). Upon closer inspection, this appears to be an HFC M800, an airsoft pistol modeled after the Cougar. Boyd later is seen holding the pistol in the episode. In "Good Intentions" (S5E03), Mike (Jonathan Kowalsky), Wynn Duffy's bodyguard, appears to also use the pistol to shoot an intruder. In "The Toll" (S5E11), Boyd takes Mike's pistol after detonating a small explosive.
In "The Kids Aren't All Right" (S5E02), Roscoe (Steve Harris) appears to pull a nickel-plated Browning Hi-Power when he and Jay (Wood Harris) go "Seal Team Six" on a pot dealer.
In "The Kids Aren't All Right" (S5E02), Jay (Wood Harris) appears to pull what appears to be the TSD Caspian gas blowback airsoft replica seen used in Season 4. The thug who beats Hot Rod is briefly seen with one in "Wrong Roads" (S5E09). In "Starvation" (S5E12), one of the pistols used by Dewey Crowe to threaten Boyd is a Silver TSD Caspian.
In Season 5's premiere "A Murder of Crowes" (S5E01), what appears to be a small nickel compact pistol is pulled by one of the men transporting weed marijuana. This pistol appears to be a nickel EKOL Grizzly Special 99, a blank-firing handgun. In some scenes, this pistol turns into a SIG-Sauer P230.

SIG-Sauer P230 SL
One of the drug transporters threatens Boyd and his men with a SIG-Sauer P230 SL in Season 5's premiere "A Murder of Crowes" (S5E01). Earlier, he appeared to be holding an EKOL Grizzly.
Dewey Crowe is seen pulling a Walther PPK/S in "Kill the Messenger" (S5E06) and "Starvation" (S5E12). In Season 5's finale "Retribution" (S5E13), Wendy Crowe (Alicia Witt) is seen holding a Walther on Daryl Crowe Jr. (Michael Rapaport).
A stainless Ruger GP100 is the sidearm carried by DEA Agent Miller (Eric Roberts) in "Wrong Roads" (S5E09). Miller specifically identifies his revolver as a GP100.
Raylan confiscates a nickel revolver from Dewey Crowe in Season 5's premiere "A Murder of Crowes" (S5E01). It resembles a Smith & Wesson Model 36, but upon closer inspection, this is likely a Zoraki R1 blank firing revolver. When Dewey claims the revolver isn't his, Raylan points out the custom grips with the name "Dewey" inscribed on it.
In "The Kids Aren't Alright" (S5E02), Raylan picks up a third model Colt Dragoon that was the property of Charles Monroe (Xander Berkeley). Monroe specifically states that this was a 3rd model and was owned by a Confederate general.
In "Shot All to Hell" (S5E05), Elias Marcos (Alan Tudyk, credited as Wray Nerely) opens fire on Raylan and Art with an AA-12 fitted with a 32-round drum mag. Elias is seen reloading the shotgun with another drum mag, and chambers a round. Art later picks it up, admiring the shotgun.
In "Shot All to Hell" (S5E05), Danny Crowe (A.J. Buckley) uses a sawed-off Remington 870 shotgun and pistol grip. This appears to be the same shotgun seen used in Season 2. Both Daryl Crowe Jr. (Michael Rapaport) and Boyd are seen holding the shotgun in "Kill the Messenger" (S5E06). In "Whistle Past the Graveyard" (S5E08), Wendy Crowe (Alicia Witt) uses the shotgun to blow out a few tires.
Dewey is seen carrying what appears to be an M4A1 in "Raw Deal" (S5E07). Mexican federales appear to carry M4's in "Whistle Past the Graveyard" (S5E08).
