The following guns were used in the movie Lakeview Terrace
Beretta 92FS
Abel Turner (Samuel L. Jackson) uses this as his On-duty Sidearm, he unholsters it but never fires it at the suspect.
Remington 870?
The Weapon used by the man threatening to kill his wife and child holds this shotgun. I'm not sure that it is a Remington, as the trigger guard is never clearly visible, and the forearm only flashes by on screen.
Smith and Wesson 6906
Abel Carries this as his off-duty firearm. It is later used to kill the man 'breaking in' to Chris's house. Chris later uses it to threaten Abel in the Standoff at the end.
