My Name is Nobody is a 1973 Spaghetti Western comedy directed by Tonino Valerii. However, several of the more memorable scenes were actually directed by Sergio Leone, who served as an uncredited executive producer as well as sharing screenwriting credit for the film along with Fulvio Morsella and Ernesto Gastaldi. By the early seventies, the Spaghetti Western genre was fading and was becoming the subject of parodies. Leone and his people decided that if the genre was now fodder for comedies they would make the ultimate spaghetti western comedy.
