In the Shadow (Czech original: Ve stínu) is 2012 coproduction crime drama directed by David Ondrícek. The story is set in Czechoslovakia during the two weeks before the currency reform in the spring of 1953. Starring Ivan Trojan and Sebastian Koch.

CZ 52
Police (SNB) officers use a CZ 52 as their sidearm.
CZ 27
Some characters in movie are seen with a CZ 27 pistol.
MP38
Safe-breaker Janata (Norbert Lichý) was equipped with a MP38 submachine gun. His weapon uses also a killer.
Sa Vz. 24
The Border Guard are armed with Sa Vz. 24 submachine guns.
PPSh-41
On the workbench of the police ballistician is seen a PPSh-41 submachine gun.
