The following weapons were used in the film Pacific Rim:
M61A2 Vulcan
The Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptors in the film are erroneously outfitted with a pair of M61A2 Vulcans 20mm guns.
Phalanx CIWS
An aircraft carrier carrying the remains of a defeated kaiju in the prologue can be seen fitted with Phalanx CIWS (Close In Weapons System) installations on one end of the aircraft carrier.
M1 Garand
In news footage of a parade commemorating the first Jaeger victory against the kaijus in the prologue, several honor guardsmen are seen marching with M1 Garands on their shoulders.
M4A1 Carbine
M4A1 Carbines fitted with EOTech sights, KAC railed handguards, and M203 grenade launchers are carried by many of the Pan Pacific Defense Corps (PPDC) security guards. In the prologue, a Japanese Special Assault Team (SAT) officer guarding the skeleton remains of a kaiju could be seen with one, although it has an RIS foregrip instead of an M203 grenade launcher.
