Secondly, just because an image is bigger doesn't necessarily mean it is better. A few of the images you used to replace the original ones are, although higher res, much blurry and show less detail of the weapons. Part of this may be my just picking better frames, however there are some image such as where we have the exact same frame and yet my smaller one is noticeably clearer (note how the text on the scope is more readable and the pores and lines on the characters face are much more visible). Based on the fact that for this image you image size for a 1080p frame is only 58KB (compared to my 193KB for a 720P one) it appears that your images are getting compressed way too much in the capturing process which is leading to a lot of loss of detail making the fact that they are bigger pretty redundant. What method are you using to do this?  --commando552 (talk) 07:34, 26 September 2013 (EDT)

Persona 4: The Animation

Thanks for creating the article! (^∀^) In Hybrid Revolver, it is "The Reaper"[1], not "Magatsu Izanagi"[2], who uses the dual revolvers (as Adachi's exclusive 2nd summon in P4A). Thanks! Adachi14 (talk) 15:05, 14 September 2012 (EDT)

Cease and Desist

Please do not contribute any further updates to Deadliest Warrior. This article is currently under dispute regarding its legitimacy on this site. As such, all work on the article is hereby suspended. Orca1 9904 06:57, 10 October 2010 (UTC)

Hawaii Five-0

I appreciate your work on Hawaii Five-0, but please make sure you're adding gun pictures and links whenever you add a new weapon to the page. You've added some new guns to the page that lack one or both of these. Thanks. -MT2008 01:23, 21 October 2010 (UTC)

Please no PNG's.

We're not allowing PNG's now due to the files slowing down the loading of the page. Please reload your screenshots as JPG's. --Ben41 06:59, 6 December 2010 (UTC)

"Ominae" declension

I don't mean to pry, but I'm confused at your choice of screename: "Omnis, -e" is Latin 3rd declension, and the 3rd declension never ends in "-ae" that's 1st declension. http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/omnis Romanes eunt domus?! --V 22:46, 11 June 2011 (CDT)

Nikita

I know I've already came in and did a number of things, but would you mind if I did a big "touch up", and if I'm still hanging around/feeling up to it when season 2 starts, take the lead? Judging by all the edits credited to you it's pretty much yours. --Crazycrankle 11:08, 21 June 2011 (CDT)

We'll see. Ominae 17:31, 23 June 2011 (CDT)

Rideback

I've ID'd those launchers for you but I don't really know anything about the anime; could you add an entry to M202 FLASH for it? Evil Tim 21:14, 28 November 2011 (CST)

If you insist on adding captions to every single screenshot, please make an effort to make sure that the text isn't overly awkward or clunky. I put a lot of effort into building that page.--PistolJunkie 01:00, 30 November 2011 (CST)

Screenshots

Just saying thanks for all your HD screenshots and your contributions to the site. Is there any way you can upload your screenshots without logos? Your screenshots are fine quality-wise, but they get replaced due to the logos. --Ben41 21:33, 1 March 2012 (CST)

I wish I know where to get an alternate source, mate. If you or someone else has a replacement, I don't mind really. Ominae 22:02, 1 March 2012 (CST)

Grimm TV Show

Hey man, saw that you added the "HK 45" - I just had to make one minor adjustment. It's not an HK 45, it's an HK P30 9mm. IF you look at the first pic you submitted and look at the slide you'll see "P30" on the forward side and "9x19" on the middle of it; then if you look towards the rear of the slide by the hammer you'll see the de-cocking button. The location of the de-cocking button exists on the HK P2000 and P30 but NOT on the HK 45 which I also add is noticably larger than the P30. GREAT submissions though with the pics, very clear shots of both the characters and the weapons!

Dang. I messed up. Thanks for the edit... Ominae 23:29, 20 April 2012 (CDT)

Jormungand

When you add additional images, be sure to list the episode (using the S1EXX format) since it's already been done to the previous ones; it makes it easy to reference which episode each scene is from (since so many of the guns reappear at different times).--PistolJunkie 22:49, 2 May 2012 (CDT)

Making Pages

In the future, please make sure that poster images and stock handgun images should be at 300px. Also, full widescreen images should be at 600px at the highest. --Ben41 02:07, 22 August 2012 (CDT)

NCIS screenshots

Thanks again for your screenshots. Just one thing, could you rename your screenshots with the show name season number and episode number at the front. For instance, the shotgun from NCIS episode 1 from season 10 could be named: "NCISS10E01 shotgun." It appears that there already is a screenshot named "NCIS FBI SWAT" from Season 9 that's now been overwritten. Naming it with the episode number also would make also easier to identify which episode the screenshot is from.

Which brings me to this: What episode of NCIS: Los Angeles - Season 3 are the following screenshots from? --Ben41 (talk) 22:53, 27 September 2012 (EDT)

NCIS template

The "Ongoing" tag should not be applied to the NCIS Series template. This template appears on all the season pages and only 1 season from each of the two shows is ongoing. --Zackmann08 (talk) 11:04, 28 September 2012 (EDT)

NCIS screenshots

First, thanks so much for the screenshots for the new seasons of NCIS and NCIS:LA. If you can keep getting the screenshots without the show logos (like you did in the recent NCIS: LA episode) that would be great. Also don't forget to add the gun image if you're adding a new gun entry. --Ben41 (talk) 22:29, 31 October 2012 (EDT)

H50 screenshots

Thanks for the screenshots for Hawaii Five-0, but remember to add a picture of the firearm when adding a new entry to the page. You can go to a previous movie or tv page where the firearm was used and copy the code of the firearm image from that page. Please remember to do this. --01:35, 6 December 2012 (EST)

Screencapping

Hey, I've got a question. Your screencaps of Hawaii Five-0 are in great quality and don't have any logos. What's your method for screencapping?----JazzBlackBelt-- (talk) 17:50, 6 December 2012 (EST)

I just used the ones that don't have any. I have a source for them. Ominae (talk) 19:38, 6 December 2012 (EST)

Template:NCIS Series

This is the second time I have undone your edit to the NCIS Series Template. Why do you keep redoing it? --Zackmann08 (talk) 00:11, 8 December 2012 (EST)

I did? Crap! It's a mistake. I was clearing up an error 'cause some stuff was left on the side by mistake. Ominae (talk) 00:13, 8 December 2012 (EST)

Arrow production

The only three production companies listed for this show on IMDB are listed as US companies, Berlanti Productions, DC Entertainment and Warner Brothers Television. "_____ Produced/Filmed" is a misnomer, as we only care about the production companies. (This is why all new location categories are only "____ Produced") Other shows shot in Vancouver like BSG also exclude Canada as well. --Funkychinaman (talk) 23:54, 30 July 2013 (EDT)

NCIS Los Angeles Season 5

Do you plan on screencapping Season 5 of NCIS: LA? If you are, I'll let you take care of it. --Ben41 (talk) 02:56, 26 September 2013 (EDT)

Depends if I can get a good source later. Ominae (talk) 02:58, 26 September 2013 (EDT)

Ncis la season 5

why do you keep removing my pictures

Because one, they aren't that big. And two on a minor note, you don't need to show Kensi having the P229E2 twice from one episode. If you can get a better screencap with 1080p resolution, than it's fine. Otherwise, I'll use the next episode to get better screencaps. And sign your name next time so's I know who I'm talking to. Ominae (talk) 06:18, 26 September 2013 (EDT)

i can make them bigger and yes there doesent need to be two but mine is more close up

I mean have bigger screenshots that are bigger with a 1080p resolution. I don't need to tell you where to find them. And please, sign your name again with four tildes. Ominae (talk) 06:23, 26 September 2013 (EDT)

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. images

A couple of things to bear in mind when replacing images on pages. Firstly, if you have a better version of an image please upload it as a new version on the same file, rather than uploading it as a new file and nuke tagging the old one. Doing this creates more work as an admin then needs to delete the original image, and it also makes it much harder to revert the image back to the original if there is a problem. In the confusion you have also ended up nuke tagging a couple of images which are actually used on the page(Media:Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 001.jpg and Media:Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 007.jpg) which is another reason to avoid doing it this way.

Secondly, just because an image is bigger doesn't necessarily mean it is better. A few of the images you used to replace the original ones are, although higher res, much blurry and show less detail of the weapons. For example, this image:

File:Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 006.jpg
Original

is only 720P, but it is much clearer and less blurry than the image you have replaced it with here:

File:AOS Pilot Mossberg 500.jpg
Yours

Part of this may be my just picking better frames, however there are some image such as thus one where we have the exact same frame and yet my smaller one is noticeably clearer (note how the text on the scope is more readable and the pores and lines on the characters face are much more visible).
