An armed and masked gunman in "Vamos" (S4E01) is seen with a Beretta 92FS. Marlon Higgins (Patrick Mark) opens fire with a 92FS at Annie in "Space (I Believe in)" (S4E06).
Beretta 92FS Inox
Calder Michaels (Hill Harper) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox pistol as his main sidearm, first in the opening of "Vamos" (S4E01) and when killing a cartel hitman in Colombia later in the episode. One is used with a suppressor by the said hitman in the same episode. One is used by an armed man in "Crackity Jones" (S4E07).
Ekol Aras Magnum
Annie Walker (Piper Perabo) uses a chrome Ekol Aras Magnum (a blank firing replica of the Browning BDM) to kill Calder Michaels, the CIA Station Chief of Medellin, Colombia in "Vamos" (S4E01).
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is used by a Stavros henchman in Vienna in "Here Comes Your Man" (S4E05). Teo uses it in the same episode after he disarms the same henchman of his sidearm. A Politi officer uses a Glock 17 in Denmark to engage a fleeing Annie and Teo in "Hang Wire" (S4E09). FBI agent Vincent Rossabi uses one possibly as his main sidearm throughout the season.
Heckler & Koch USP
Teo uses a Heckler & Koch USP as his sidearm in "Here Comes Your Man" (S4E05) to execute Stavros.
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is obtained through a secret safe in "Into the White" (S4E03).
Smith & Wesson SW99
An ALC fighter retreats while firing his two-tone Smith & Wesson SW99 in "Into the White" (S4E03).
Walther P99
Annie confronts Teo Braga with a Walther P99 near the end of "Into the White" (S4E03).

In "Hang Wire" (S4E09), Annie uses a Walther PPK in Denmark after it was given to her back in America by Joan and Arthur via bag.
