Moscow Heat (Russian title Moskovskaya zhara) is a 2004 Russian English-language action movie directed by Jeff Celentano. Andrew Chambers (Adrian Paul), a NYPD detective, is killed during the attempt to arrest a Russian illegal arms dealer Nikolay Klimov (Richard Tyson). Klimov flees back to Russia where he has powerful patrons. Roger Chambers (Michael York), Andrew's father, and Rudy Sousa (Robert Madrid), Andrew's partner, try to find Klimov in Moscow. They find help from Russian militsia (police) captain Vlad Stepanov (Aleksandr Nevsky).
The following weapons were used in the film Moscow Heat:
A Makarov PM is Vlad Stepanov's (Aleksandr Nevsky) service sidearm. In several scenes he fires two PMs akimbo. Makarov pistols are also seen in hands of other characters including Roger Chambers (Michael York), Rudy Sousa (Robert Madrid), Oleg Bitz (Sergey Gorobchenko) and Oleg's and Klimov's henchmen.
In the opening scene Rudy Sousa (Robert Madrid) and Nikolay Klimov (Richard Tyson) carry pistols that resemble some version of M1911 with modern features.
In the final scene Vlad Stepanov (Aleksandr Nevsky) takes some firearm (a revolver?) from one of Klimov's henchmen and uses it himself. This weapon isn't seen clear enough to be identified for sure.
During the shootout in the opening scene several of NYPD detectives carry Uzi SMGs. An Uzi is also seen in the pile of firearms that Klimov wanted to sell.
In the opening scene several of Klimov's henchmen carry AKMS assault rifles. In the scene of the attack on Masha's apartments the second Oleg's henchman is armed with an AKMS.
In the scene in the night club several of the OMON (Russian SWAT) troopers are seen with VSK-94 suppressed sniper rifle. All these rifles lack sniper scopes.
In the opening scene Nikolay Klimov (Richard Tyson) uses an AKM or AKMS with a GP-25 grenade launcher. He fires a fiction armor-piercing grenade that resemble a bullet of 40-mm caliber.
