Blackthorn is a 2011 Western directed by Mateo Gil. Set in Bolivia in 1927, the story revolves around famed outlaw Butch Cassidy (Sam Shepard) who survived the gunbattle in 1908 (contrary to the ending of famous 1968 film). Under the alias of "James Blackthorn", he spends the next 19 years raising horses in the mountains of Bolivia. After discovering that Etta Place (Dominique McElligott) has passed away, Cassidy decides to return home to see his son. While riding through the Bolivian desert, he comes across a Spaniard named Eduardo (Eduardo Noriega). In the accidental meeting, Eduardo scares away Cassidy's horse. Eduardo informs Cassidy that for the past three days he has been hunted by Bolivian "outlaws" who want the money he stole ($50,000). Cassidy decides joins him to re-earn his life savings and goes on one last adventure throughout Bolivia.
The following guns are seen in the film Blackthorn:

Eduardo (Eduardo Noriega) carries a Webley No. 5 as his preferred sidearm (acquired from a Bolivian barkeeper).
Colt 1878 Double Action
A Bolivian boy is seen with a Colt 1878 Double Action revolver.

Etta Place (Dominique McElligott) can be seen with a Colt Lightning revolver.
