The following guns were used in the movie Defiance
Note: One thing is noteworthy. Judging from the movie's trailer, many of the World War Two era weapons appear to be mint condition, which correct considering the time frame. However, people now rarely, if ever, see any of these famous weapons in this nice of a condition.
MP40
Some german soldiers are equipped with this weapon. Tuvia Bielski (Daniel Craig) and his brother Zus (Liev Schriver) use some captured ones.
Walther P38
Tuvia's side arm. He uses it to execute a partisan who wasn't listening to his orders. He gives it to Lilka (Alexa Davalos) to protect herself during her food mission. She kills a wild dog with the weapon.
Walther PP
Zus Bielski (Liev Schreiber) commandeers one from a German and uses it in the film.
Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873
The first gun obtained by Tuvia Bielski (Daniel Craig) is a French Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873 revolver. He uses it to execute the polish police officer and his two sons.
PPSh-41
Red Army soldiers are equipped with that weapon. At the end of the film, some partisans have it too, notably Asrael Bielski (Jamie Bell).
Turkish Mauser M38
Zus (Liev Schriver) is seen firing one early in the film as the refugees leave their first camp.
Mosin Nagant M91/30
Used by the Red Army soldiers and the Bielski partisans.
Mosin Nagant M38 carbine
Used by the polish policemen.
SVT40
One of Zus's men is equipped with it.
Degtyarev DP Machine Gun
Zus is using it to wipe out a german truck during the Red Army ambush. Near the end of the film, during the second german raid, a partisan use it. As soon as he is shot, his female comrade replaces him, and fires it until her last breath.

Karabiner 98 (K98 Mauser)
Used by German Forces and some Bielski partisans in the film.

Tokarev TT-33
During the Soviet ambush, Zus uses it to execute a german officer and a soldier. Near the end of the film, he shoots the tank commander with the Tokarev. Lilka's side arm is also a TT-33, Tuvia tells her to kill herself with if she has to get caught.
Model 24 Stielhandgrenate
A german hand grenade. But it is only used by the Bielski partisans during the film. Zus throws one under a german truck during the Red Army ambush. He is nearly killed by the explosion. Near the end of the film, Isaac (Mark Feuerstein) is given by Tuvia a bag of it, and while they are immobilized by a german tank, he tries a desperate attack, rushing at the german soldiers with his grenade, but he is shot before he can throw it. Zus tosses one into the german tank.
