The following guns were used in the movie Defiance
Note: One thing is noteworthy. Judging from the movie's trailer, many of the World War Two era weapons appear to be mint condition, which correct considering the time frame. However, people now rarely, if ever, see any of these famous weapons in this nice of a condition.
MP40
Some german soldiers are equipped with this weapon. Tuvia Bielski (Daniel Craig) and his brother Zus (Liev Schriver) use some captured ones.
Walther P38
Tuvia's side arm. He uses it to execute a partisan who wasn't listening to his orders. He gives it to Lilka (Alexa Davalos) to protect herself during her food mission. She kills a wild dog with the weapon.

MG34
At the end of the film, a german machine gunner team is setting their MG34, mounting it on a tripod, but Tuvia (Daniel Craig) takes them out by behind and uses the machine gun against the german infantries. The tank which he shoots at, also has a MG34. Earlier, during the Red Army ambush, a german soldier shoots it from the truck.
