Poppies Are Also Flowers (also known as The Poppy Is Also a Flower, Danger Grows Wild and The Opium Connection) is a 1966 made for TV adventure movie directed by Terence Young and based on an idea by Ian Fleming. An international group of anti-narcotics agents struggles against drug traffic in the Middle East and Europe.

At least one of Colonel Salem's men carries a rifle that looks like a Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk.I.

During several scenes in the Iranian desert sporterized rifles, supposedly Mausers, are carried by various brigands and drug traders.
