Under a Stone Sky (Norwegian title Under en steinhimmel, Russian title Pod kamennym nebom) is a 1974 Norwegian-Soviet war movie directed by Knut Andersen and Igor Maslennikov. The story takes place in october 1944 in Finnmark (North Norway) and depicts the saving of the people of the town of Kirkenes by Norwegian Resistance and Soviet forces.

Mosin Nagant M1891/30 Rifle

M1891/30 rifles are sometimes seen in hands of Soviet soldiers. Several German soldiers are also armed with Mosin Nagant rifles which is historically correct because the German troops in Norway widely used Beutewaffen (captured weapon).

Th old soldier Grigory Ivanovich (Fyodor Odinokov) carries Degtyaryov DP-28 through the movie. In the final scene Lt. Kravtsov (Evgeni Leonov) takes DP-28 from wounded Grigory Ivanovich and fires it.
