Longmire is a television series based on Craig Johnson's Walt Longmire series of novels. Robert Taylor stars as Wyoming sheriff Longmire and the cast includes Katee Sackhoff as his female deputy βVicβ Moretti and Lou Diamond Phillips as a bar owner in town. The series premiered in 2012 in the US on the A&E Network.
The following weapons were used in the television series Longmire:
Handguns
Colt Government Model
Sheriff Walt Longmire (Robert Taylor) carries a Colt Government Model with custom stag grips for his duty sidearm. It appears that Walt carries it in either Condition 2, as the hammer is always down, and he is never shown chambering a round before going into action.
Glock 19
Deputy Victoria 'Vic' Moretti (Katee Sackhoff) carries a Glock 19 for her duty sidearm. Deputy Branch Connally (Bailey Chase) carries a two-tone Glock 19 as his sidearm.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Deputy Ferguson, AKA "The Ferg" (Adam Bartley) appears to carry a Smith & Wesson Model 19 as his sidearm.
Colt New Service
A modified Colt New Service is believed to have been the weapon used in a suicide in "A Damn Shame" (S01E03). It has a Single Action Army-ejector rod, and appears to be similar to the prop used in the original True Grit. Walt says it's chambered in ".45."
Intratec TEC-9
"Agent Daxner" (Terry Dale Parks) is armed with a Intratec TEC-9 during his standoff with Walt and his deputies in "A Damn Shame" (S01E03). He fires it semi-automatically.
Unidentifiable revolver
Avo (Nathaniel Arcand) surrenders a revolver when Walt confronts him in the pilot. There's not enough seen for a proper ID.
Rifles
Winchester 1894
Sheriff Walt Longmire (Robert Taylor) uses a Winchester 1894 as his rifle of choice.
Sharps 1874
Dan Estes (Reynaldo Gallegos) uses a Sharps 1874 in the pilot.
Winchester Model 1866 "Yellow Boy"
Dan Estes shows Walt a Winchester Model 1866 "Yellow Boy" in the pilot.
Winchester Model 70
Walt handles Billy Barnes' (Arron Shiver) Winchester Model 70 in the pilot.
Remington Model 700
Omar (Louis Herthum) fires a Remington Model 700 when waiting for Walt at the range in the pilot. TJ Stewart (Seth Adkins) tries to euthanize a horse with one before Walt takes it away from him in "A Damn Shame" (S01E03).
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Field Gun
Garrett Driggs (Paul McLean) is seen with a Mossberg 500 Field Gun at the start of the pilot. Walt and Branch Connally (Bailey Chase) handle it throughout the episode.
Miscellanea
Omar brings along his collection of rifles in an effort to identify a slug in the pilot.
