A Beretta 92FS is the handgun carried by Weaver (Will Patton) and Anthony (Mpho Koaho) in Season 2. In "Young Bloods" (S2E04), Diego (Hector Bucio) is seen carrying a Beretta as well. Several Charlestown military are seen pointing their Berettas at skitters inside the compound.
Maggie (Sarah Carter) continues to carry a Colt Gold Cup Trophy M1911A1 as one of her sidearms. The pistol is notably seen when she holds it on the berserkers attempting to raid the Charlestown armory in "The Price of Greatness" (S2E09).
Maggie (Sarah Carter) also carries a different nickel M1911A1 along with the Gold Cup. In "Molon Labe" (S2E07), Tom Mason (Noah Wyle) uses what also appears to be a nickel M1911A1 to shoot the Overlord in the neck when he is torturing his son.
Beginning in Season 2, Tom Mason (Noah Wyle) appears to have switched from an AKM to a Zastava M70, as noted by the three vent holes in the handguard, grenade sight, and black pistol grip. Whether this rifle is the B1 variant or a standard M70 is to be determined.
Colt M4A1 carbines can be seen carried by resistance fighters with and without red dot sights, RIS foregrips and grenade launchers. The resistance fighters who carry the rifle include Dai (Peter Shinkoda), Maggie (Sarah Carter) and Jimmy Boland (Dylan Authors). Col. Porter (Dale Dye) and his Charleston troops are seen armed with M4A1's in the final 3 episodes of Season 2.
In "Worlds Apart" (S2E01), Ben Mason (Connor Jessup) is seen teaching his brother Matt Mason (Maxim Knight) how to shoot with an M1 Carbine. Matt carries the rifle throughout Season 2. In "Molon Labe" (S2E07), Lourdes (Seychelle Gabriel) holds the M1 Carbine. An M1 fitted with a foregrip and a wire stock is seen in the hands of a 2nd Mass fighter in the same episode.
M16A4 rifles are used by several Resistance fighters, notably in "Young Bloods" (S2E04). The rifle is also seen in the Charleston armory in "The Price of Greatness" (S2E09).
A Browning M2HB seen in Season 1 mounted in a Pontiac GTO is briefly glimpsed in Season 2's premiere "Worlds Apart" (S2E01). A Browning is also seen in the Charleston armory in "The Price of Greatness" (S2E09).
A DShK mounted on the back of a pickup truck is used by Dai (Peter Shinkoda) to shoot down an alien flyer in "Shall We Gather at the River" (S2E02). He mentions that the machine uses "20mm" rounds, not the usual ammunition for this MG. This DShK appears to be an authentic model, but also appears to be lacking the distinctive muzzle brake.
What appear to be Daewoo K3 machine guns (fitted with RIS and KAC vertical grip, to resemble the FN Minimi SPW) is glimpsed in the Charleston armory in "The Price of Greatness" (S2E09). These are like K3's due to the series being filmed in Canada.

Guns in similar configurations have been seen in many action films. Beretta M12
Crazy Lee (Luciana Carro) one of Pope's "Berserkers", carries a Beretta M12 as her weapon of choice, notably in "Shall We Gather at the River" (S2E02) while discussing the possible survival of Bob Dylan. A 2nd Mass fighter uses a Beretta M12 while holding off skitters in "Shall We Gather at the River" (S2E02). Crazy Lee (Luciana Carro), one of Pope's "Berserkers", can also be seen in several episodes with a slung M12, notably in "Shall We Gather at the River" (S2E02) while discussing the possible survival of Bob Dylan.
In "Compass" (S2E03), Jimmy (Dylan Authors) is seen armed with a Mossberg 500 shotgun. The shotgun is fitted with a night vision scope and a suppressor and is sometimes loaded with a special incendiary round manufactured by Pope's Berzerkers. The Mossberg is also held by Tom in "Homecoming" (S2E06).
A tactical Remington 870 fitted with a pistol grip, Surefire weaponlight, muzzle brake, and an M4-type stock is held by a Charleston soldier first in "Death March" (S2E08). A similarly configured shotgun was seen used in the film Sucker Punch.
Pope uses a Winchester Model 1300 shotgun fitted with a pistol grip throughout Season 2, notably at the beginning of "Worlds Apart" (S2E01) and in "Molan Labe" (S2E07).
An M72 LAW is seen used by Maggie (Sarah Carter) to take out a Mech in "Worlds Apart" (S2E01). Dai uses a LAW to take down an alien communication antenna in "Shall We Gather at the River" (S2E02).
