FR F1
The FR F1 is a sniper rifle manufactured by MAS (Manufacture d'Armes St. Etienne) for use with French marksmen. Based upon the action of the MAS-36, the FR F1 was fitted with an APX L806 scope and was used by the French military from 1966 until the mid-1980s.

FR F2
The FR F2 is an upgraded version of the FR F1 that was adopted by the French military in 1984. Improvements include the changing the caliber from 7.5x54mm to 7.62x51mm, the addition of a thermal sleeve over the barrel and changes to the position of the bipod and stock.
