Mr. Sargis (Warren Oates) uses a Harring & Richardson Model 999 Sportsman Top-Break Revolver when he goes to shoot Holly's dog.
Arminius revolver
Kit (Martin Sheen) carries an Arminius revolver during the film.
Savage 99R
Kit (Martin Sheen) carries and uses a Savage 99R during most of the film, asking for .300 caliber ammunition towards the end.
Remington 870
Kit (Martin Sheen) fires a Remington 870 when the bounty hunters come looking for him and Holly.
Winchester Model 1894
Some of the bounty hunters can be seen carrying Winchester Model 1894 rifles.

One of the policemen chasing Kit uses an Springfield M1903A3. He tells Kit he fired a ".30-06" when Kit asks what kind of ammunition was being fired at him.

The Montana National Guard carries M16 rifles (unloaded), which is an anachronism for a scene set in 1959.
