The following weapons were used in the film Beachhead:
Handguns
Colt M1911
Sgt. Fletcher (Frank Lovejoy) and Burke (Tony Curtis) can be seen with a Colt M1911. This is incorrect as the original M1911 was taken out of service in 1924.
Rifles
Arisaka Type 99
Arisaka Type 99 rifles are seen "stacked" while their Japanese owners are in a swimming exercise. They are later seen used by the IJA. One soldier's Arisaka is seen with a scope.
M1903 Springfield Mk 1
Bouchard (Eduard Franz) uses a M1903 Springfield Mk 1.
M1 Garand
Marines in the film carry M1 Garand rifles. First using them to ambush a Japanese squad in the middle of a swimming exercise.
Sporterized M1903 Springfield
Nina Bouchard (Mary Murphy) uses an Sporterized M1903 Springfield when the Marines first find her but drops it to escape the pursuing IJA at the radio shack.
Explosive
Mk 2 Greande
Mk 2 Grenades are used by the Marines.
