Assasin's revolver is more likely a Smith & Wesson Military & Police. Note the shape of the ejector rod. Greg-Z (talk) 16:06, 14 April 2013 (EDT)

Anyone else thinks this looks a bit small for an M&P? I think it might actually be a Smith & Wesson .32 Hand Ejector. Also note how the front sights overlaps with the ejector lug on a .32 but not on an M&P:
