I took out the word early and added Mountain Men in the first sentence. The frontier was around long before the Mountain Men, just not in the same place. Addition variants
I took out the word early and added Mountain Men in the first sentence. The frontier was around long before the Mountain Men, just not in the same place. Also, there were Voyageurs who traveled as far west as the Rockies to set up fur trading posts.
