Star Firestar M-45
Ellis De Wald (Timothy Carhart) uses a nickel Star Firestar M-45 pistol in the "Land of Dinosaurs" ride shootout. Note, by looking at the screencaps, as the characteristics coincide: completely side ejection port, back finger grooves, wide sub-compact frame and huge .45 bore. The trigger guard is frontally grooved and curved at the bottom and the Firestar M-series had black factory barrel and guide rod (visible when the weapon is fired in the second screencap).
Smith & Wesson 3913
A Smith & Wesson 3913 is visible in the hands of a Detective Giolito (Joey Travolta). In some scenes, the S&W turns into a Beretta 92FS Inox.

A Walther PPK is used by Orrin Sanderson (John Saxon).

The Annihilator 2000 is a fictional weapons platform that was being pitched by Axel Foley's old friend, Serge (Bronson Pinchot). The main weapon of this platform appears to be a Colt Model 723-type rifle, but is also a conglomeration of various hip 'devices' of the day.
