Out of Sight is the 1998 feature film adaptation of the Elmore Leonard novel of the same name. Foley soon develops a romantic relationship with the Deputy while being convinced to participate in the home invasion of a corrupt businessman. The film was directed by Steven Soderbergh and the cast included Ving Rhames, Dennis Farina, and Albert Brooks.
