The Security Guard of Costco Antonio Guzman (Joseph A. Nunez) carries and uses a Smith & Wesson Model 15 for the first part of the film.
Springfield Armory XD
Evan Trautwig (Ben Stiller) uses a Springfield Armory XD during the climax of the film which was given to him by Franklin (Jonah Hill) who has many weapons stashed away.
Walther P99
Franklin (Jonah Hill) has a Walther P99 in his stash, along with various other weapons.
Beretta 92FS
Bob McAllister (Vince Vaughn) has his own Beretta 92FS that he uses during the climax of the film. Franklin refers to it as a 10mm Beretta while they are in Bob's house.
