Mauser C96 "Broomhandle"
Chinese officers and policemen carry Mauser C96 pistols.
Hanyang 88
The Hanyang 88(Chinese copy of Gewehr 1888)rifle used by some chinese soldiers and policemen in the film.Master Fan's son also use one in the beginning of the film when refugees robbed the village.
Type Zhongzheng Rifle (Mauser)
Chinese soldiers also carry Type Zhongzheng rifles throughout the movie.Along with the Hanyang 88,the standard issue of chinese force at the time.
Springfield M1903 Mark I
Some chinese soldiers are seen armed with Springfield M1903s. It is identified as the Mark I variant by the presence of an ejection port for a Pedersen device.
Arisaka Type 38
Japanese soldiers carry Arisaka Type 38 throughout the film.

Type 24 Heavy Machine Gun (Maxim MG 08)
Type 24 machine guns,Chinese-built copies of the famous Maxim MG 08,used by chinese force.
