“Kiss Me, Deadly,” based on the novel by [[Mickey Spillaine]], is one of the greatest film noir motion pictures.  Directed by [[Robert Aldrich]] (Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? The Dirty Dozen, The Longest Yard), the film stars [[Ralph Meeker]], [[Albert Dekker]], and, in her first film role, [[Cloris Leachman]]. Divorce detective Mike Hammer (Ralph Meeker) tries to save his assistant, Velda Wickman (Maxine Cooper), and himself from a crime syndicate by solving the puzzle, “Remember me.”
